We’re two sisters who are extremely passionate about leading positive change in workforces by using our tech recruiting superpowers to source exquisite talent that aligns with the businesses we partner with. With over 22 years of experience in the healthcare and technology spaces, we founded The Atlas Group (TAG) to empower underrepresented professionals in tech and pave the way for access to more diverse candidate pools. I have over 15 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition for roles in healthcare and tech. It’s my jam! Between building out TA teams, executing effective strategies, and producing exceptional candidate experiences… you can say I’ve found my calling.

As a recruiter by trade, I’ve spent over a decade advocating for only the best relationships between employers and people. There are so many exceptional URG’s in tech that can help companies continue to excel. I’m so excited to be able to help employers connect those dots!

When I’m not at the desk, you’ll catch me teaching yoga (meditation and breath work are my jam!), going with the flow in nature, or showing off some dance moves (Salsa, Kizomba, and Brazilian Zouk are my favorite).

Loreen Dinkelacker

I have close to a decade of experience recruiting for roles in software, health-tech, IT consulting, energy, pharma, and healthcare. High-volume agency life? Been there. Corporate environments? Check. I’ve worked with employers of every size in every major city in the U.S. and parts of Canada. I guess you can say tech is all I know!

As a tech Jedi filling roles and building recruitment strategies & processes, I’ve always had a passion for increasing representation in the workplace. Now, I get to combine two things that I love and truly make a difference. I consider that a win!

When I’m not working, you’ll find me in the kitchen, practicing a new nail design, or catching up on my favorite reality TV shows.
